Young Professionals at Greenland Resources.

On behalf of the Danish-Canadian Chamber of Commerce, together with the Finnish and Swedish Chambers, we would like to thank you for joining us for our very first Young Professionals Meet-Up in Toronto. This successful evening was made possible through the generous support of our valued member and sponsor, Greenland Resources.

The event brought together a wonderful turnout of young professionals, fostering new connections and engaging conversations. We began with welcome drinks and dinner, followed by a lively icebreaker activity. Mads Jensen, DCCC Director, extended a warm welcome and introduced Ruben Shiffman, who shared the latest milestones from Greenland Resources and provided a fresh perspective on the mining sector.

We were also delighted to hear from Rebecka Hornburg, who offered practical strategies on contract and salary negotiations—insightful advice that resonated strongly with attendees.

The evening continued well beyond the program, with many participants carrying on their conversations at a nearby pub. It was fantastic to see such enthusiasm and to learn that a WhatsApp group has now been created to keep the momentum going.

We look forward to building on this energy with future sessions, bringing forward engaging and relevant topics for young professionals.
