Managing Director Canada at DSV Global
As Managing Director of DSV Air & Sea Inc., Martin Roos is an accomplished international leader with expertise in developing and managing corporations in emerging markets with a supply chain and logistics focus. Martin has created a culture of innovation and empowerment, growing DSV Canada to a renowned industry leader in logistics. Over the past 7 years, his focus on building strategic initiatives and strong industry partnerships has put DSV Canada on the global map. With almost 20 years' experience worldwide, Roos began his career as a Trainee at DSV's global headquarters in Demark and spent over 10 years in India building his career abroad. His vision for the future remains clear, Focused on sustainability and growth, DSV prides itself on helping our customers keep their supply chains flowing in a world of change. With a new state-of-the-art 1.2 million sq. ft. head office in Milton, Ontario, opened in 2020 - DSV Canada is now over 1,200 employees strong coast-to-coast. Partnership continues to drive Roos’ goals and key to success. From developing an accredited national DSV Trainee program, building a market leading portfolio of services through the acquisitions of Panalpina in 2019 and Agility in 2021, to launching a commercial drone delivery service – DSV Canada continues to take logistics to the next level. With the completion of Agility’s Global Integrated Logistics (GIL) integration in 2022, DSV is now the world’s 3rd largest transport and logistics company.

Anders is President & CEO at FCL Fisker Customs & Logistics Inc., founding Director of DCCC and Executive Director of EUCCAN. A Copenhagen Goodwill Ambassador since 1997, Anders was awarded the GWA Project of the Year in 2009 for outstanding performance within Cleantech Group. Anders is a seasoned globetrotter and enjoys golf.

CEO & Founder, Competent Boards
Thanks to Helle's visionary Designation and Certificate education programs, leaders in 50+ countries are ESG, Climate, and Biodiversity competent. She received the Globe and Mail Changemakers Award and was named a global Top 50 Influencer in 2023. In 2022 she was named one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women. She enjoys bicycling, kayaking, hiking and writing her new book.
Helene Scherling Olsen
Senior Trade Advisor at Danish Trade Council North America
Helene Scherling Olsen is Deputy Head of Trade and a Senior Commercial Advisor at the Danish Trade Council in Toronto. Her focus area is on Arctic Commercial opportunities for companies in the Kingdom of Denmark. She has a strong passion for creating networks between the Canadian North and in particular Greenland. Helene has been working at the Danish Consulate and Trade Council since 2011. Helene is a dual citizen of Denmark and Canada - making Canada her home for many years. She enjoys traveling, hiking, kayaking and family time.

Randy Ross is an HR Professional with Danfoss Canada and a background in Engineering & Operations Management. He is a former Chair of the DCCC and has served on the Board of Directors since 2006 with a number of previous years as Vice-Chair

Idalia has been working in public relations and marketing promotions for European Chambers of Commerce since 2008. Clients included the EU, and the Belgian and British-Canadian Chambers of Commerce. She has organized Trade Missions and events in Canada, and has been bringing together Canadian delegations to the Americas since 2004. She enjoys yoga, dancing and trivia!.

Sven is a corporate and commercial lawyer and specializes in Canadian-European cross-border business. He is legal counsel to many well-known companies from Europe, and advises these companies with respect to the establishment and expansion of their businesses in the North American marketplace. Sven was recognized as a winner of Lexpert®'s Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40 award.
Vice President, Customs & Compliance, FCL Fisker Customs & Logistics
Christina is an International Trade Consultant, licensed Customs Broker and VP at FCL Fisker Customs & Logistics. ESG certified in 2021, Christina is a business champion for global, sustainable trade and advocate for industry. Since 2010, she oversees events for DCCC and Toronto-based DABGO networking, awarded “Best Stambord” in 2015. Christina is an artist, enjoys travel, yoga and lakeside walks.
Head of Sales, Americas at Native Union & Co-founder, KLAR Consulting
Dan currently works as Head of Sales, Americas at Native Union and runs his own consultancy assisting SME with commercial growth & strategy development. Dan is also associated with Invest Nova Scotia where is is part of the Scotian Global Advisory program. Dan was a board member of the Danish Chamber Of Commerce, Hong Kong from 2014 - 2019.In his spare-time, Dan is an active soccer player and enjoys surfing the beaches of Nova Scotia.

Throughout a long active career, Arne’s primary focus has been to open new markets in the Americas for companies with leading niche products. He is a founding member of the Danish Canadian Chamber of Commerce and has served as Denmark’s honorary Consul General in Toronto since 2006. Arne is a recipient of the Order of Dannebrog.
Change Management & Engagement Lead,eHealth Centre of Excellence
Susanne is a project and change manager working in Ontario's digital health sector. She leads a team of implementation and change management specialists and works with clinicians and health administrators to improve access, equity and health outcomes for patients. She has a background in science journalism and has worked for both the Danish and Canadian public broadcasters. Susanne is also a member of the board of the Danish Lutheran Church of Toronto, and she has lived in Canada for almost 25 years.
