We represent the official Denmark in Canada along with the Trade Council in Toronto and a network of Honorary Consulates across Canada.

 

The Embassy of Denmark is located on the fourth floor of the Times Square Building in downtown Ottawa.

TC North America is part of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and from our offices in Toronto and Ottawa, we work to promote Danish exports and business interests in Canada and the U.S. to foster long-lasting partnerships between Danish and North American business interests.

Organizations and Associations

DABGO - Danmarks Internationale Forretningsnetværk

DABGO is Denmark's largest international business network with over 11,000 members across 6 continents.

 

The purpose of DABGO is to actively contribute to the best possible foundation for Danish international trade/export, greatly increase the number of internships for Danish students abroad, improve the international career opportunities of Danish business people and increase international investments in Denmark.

 

DABGO meets on the first Wednesday of each month in 50 cities worldwide, at a “Stambord” regular table.

Federation of Danish Associations in Canada​

The Danish Federation is made up of over 40 member organizations across Canada. The organizations include churches, senior homes, Guards' Associations, business associations, chambers of commerce, fraternities, historical societies, museums and social clubs.

The Danish Lutheran Church in Toronto was founded in 1957, with the help of DKU, (Dansk Kirke i Udlandet - Danish Church Abroad). The Danish Lutheran Church in Toronto is quite young compared to the many 800 year old churches in Denmark. But this church is different. It is more than a church.
