Greenland Resources

Greenland Resources is a Canadian reporting issuer regulated by the Ontario Securities Commission, focused on the development of its flagship project called Malmbjerg, a world class Climax-type pure molybdenum mineral deposit near tidewater in east-central Greenland.

The Malmbjerg project has the potential to supply around 30% of Europe's molybdenum use with very clean molybdenum which is relevant, considering that Europe uses around 25% of global molybdenum supply and has no production of its own.

The Company is led by a Danish & Canadian management team with an extensive track record in the mining industry and capital markets.

Greenland Resources Inc. received the prestigious 2023 Prospector and Developer of the Year Award last week at PDAC 2024 for their Malmbjerg Molybdenum Project

AGATHOM is an award-winning multi-disciplinary architectural studio and workshop. Established in 2005, the firm is the union of two distinct, yet complementary voices — Adam Thom and Katja Aga Sachse Thom: “The work we do is an extension of a finely-calibrated collaborative process, built on a foundation of broad technical expertise and a dedication to craftsmanship.”

What sets AGATHOM apart, is a focus on relationships – “with our clients, our inhouse team and the talented builders and craftspeople we work with. This approach fosters a deeper understanding of our clients’ needs and superior project management. While each project begins with a sensitivity to the site, the studio is at its best when a program entails a broad range of interrelated challenges including planning, landscape, interior detailing, and of course, building design.”

We are fueled by the conviction that thoughtful, timeless, and imaginative architecture, grounded in innovative and environmentally responsible design solutions, has the power to contribute to the well-being of its occupants while providing protection, comfort – and even moments of wonder and delight.

AGATHOM’s works encompass design of single and multi- family housing, to commercial and institutional projects while embracing the finer details of landscape, interior design, including fabrication of furniture, rugs, and art installations.

TORP was founded 23 years ago and quickly developed into a leading provider of Danish high efficiency windows & doors, along with modern Danish designed home goods curated to Canadian architects and interior design professionals. TORP Inc. is the only retailer and supplier in Canada focused on the best of classic and modern Danish design and fenestration by leading Danish suppliers such as HS Hansen, Fritz Hansen, PP Møbler, Louis Poulsen, Muuto, Georg Jensen, Eilersen, Muuto, Brdr. Krüger, Snedkergaarden, and others.

Recently, TORP worked with AGATHOM Co. to supply custom-built Danish windows and doors for several outstanding projects, including two that were recently completed: Tower House and the Wellesley Institute in Toronto, more info here.
